How the call works

    Tell Lucien exactly what counts as a match. Loose stems, a wrapped bunch and an arranged bouquet can have very different prices.

    Lucien asks about the required stock, the complete price and when it would be ready. It can ask whether the quote includes wrapping or delivery.

    Compare matching offers

    Review available options with their prices and conditions. If you want a reservation, specify that permission and the maximum price in your request.

Limits to know

  • The cheapest quote is among the shops reached and the matching options they offered.
  • Flower stock changes quickly; a price check does not reserve the order.

Questions about this use case

Will Lucien accept different flowers?

Only include alternatives you are happy with in the request. Otherwise Lucien should report that the requested flowers are unavailable.

Can it call one florist I already know?

Yes. Name that florist or provide its number. Comparing other shops is a separate instruction.
