Specify the treatment, duration if relevant and your preferred practitioner. Include the name to put on the booking.

Lucien asks the salon about openings, what the price includes and any deposit or cancellation conditions.

Review the accepted appointment or the alternatives offered. You complete any secure deposit payment the salon requires.

Limits to know
- A salon may need a consultation before confirming a service or final price.
- An available slot is not a confirmed appointment until the salon accepts the booking.

Can Lucien find another salon?
Yes, if you ask it to call several salons. If you name one salon, the request stays with that business.
What if the price is above my budget?
Specify a maximum and ask Lucien to report alternatives instead of accepting a higher price.
